Hi! I’m the founder of the Core in Falmouth. Our aim is to get people together to get fit, have fun and make friends- as they say in my home town of Barry; Tidy!  The Core has been going for about 18 months in its Falmouth base.  I believe fitness isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good.  It’s about attitude.  And the guys are fast realizing that the Core is a good place to keep an eye out for hot chicks whilst lifting weights in Pump.  Fitness training isn’t about pain, it’s about feeling fantastic! So this is where I will tell you what I’m up to and what’s happening at the core…I’ll keep you posted.
